The public annual offers checked September 18 are Core $15, Engage $25 and Scale $75 per user per month. Nextiva limits its advertised annual small-business pricing to new customers with 1 to 100 employees and a paid minimum term of 12 months. Confirm eligibility and the complete order before using these figures as a budget. Source: Nextiva plans, feature matrix and offer conditions.
| Illustrative configuration | Monthly base | 12-month base |
|---|---|---|
| 50 Core seats at the advertised $15 annual rate | $750 | $9,000 |
| 50 Engage seats at the advertised $25 annual rate | $1,250 | $15,000 |
These are two separate scenarios for a business that qualifies for the advertised offer. The $500 monthly difference is the amount to justify through required features. It is not a promised saving, and a mixed-plan deployment needs separate confirmation.
Example assumptions: US dollars, annual commitment, base subscriptions only. Taxes, regulatory charges, hardware, implementation, porting work, usage and optional services are excluded unless the written proposal includes them. Annual totals are monthly amounts multiplied by 12, not a statement about invoice timing.

The small-business pricing page checked September 18, 2026 lists Core, Engage and Scale. The older Essential, Professional and Enterprise business-phone comparison is not the current small-business offer. Nextiva separately uses some similar names for contact-center products.
At the advertised annual rates, 50 Core seats calculate to $750 per month and 50 Engage seats to $1,250, before extras. These examples assume eligibility for the offer. They are not customer quotes.
It uses the site’s June 7, 2026 seat-band reference. That historical basis differs from the current advertised promotion. Request a written proposal; do not treat a modeled discount as a guaranteed price.
